  • Verify your credentials
  • Review the log files
  • Search for relevant content in the Magento Commerce Cloud documentation

If you still require technical support, you can create a Support ticket through the Project Web Interface:

  1. Log in to your Magento Cloud account.
  2. On the Support Tickets tab, click Create Ticket. Or you can submit a ticket from your project view by clicking Support > Submit ticket from the top menu.
  3. Fill out the support ticket form and attach any helpful documentation, such as screenshots or notes.
  4. Click Submit.
